1. Who is responsible

2. E-mail for the opening news

The site shows a panel "Keep me posted". The same form used to be on the coming-soon page. If you enter your e-mail address there, we keep: your e-mail address, the language of the page, the source (panel or former page) and the date and time of signup.

We store this data in a Cloudflare D1 database in the Western Europe region (WEUR).

Purpose: to send you one or a few messages about the opening of Portofino. Nothing else. We do not sell or share your address.

Legal basis: your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Retention: until you unsubscribe, and at most 12 months after the opening. After that we delete your address.

Unsubscribe or withdraw consent: send an e-mail to info@barportofino.es. We then delete your address from the list.

3. Reservation, party and contact forms

The forms on /reserveren/, /feest/ and /contact/ are not connected yet. What you type stays in your browser. Nothing is sent and nothing is stored.

When we connect the forms, we update this notice first.

4. Visitor statistics

For visitor statistics we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It works without cookies and without personal data. We see how many visitors a page had, not who they were.

5. Storage in your browser

When you close the "Keep me posted" panel, your browser remembers that under the localStorage key portofino-opening-panel. That keeps the panel closed. This is a functional setting. It holds no personal data and needs no consent.

The site sets no cookies.

6. Hosting

The site runs on Cloudflare. Cloudflare keeps server logs, including your IP address, to secure the site and keep it running. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare processes this data as a processor under a data processing agreement.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

Send your request to info@barportofino.es. We reply within one month.

If you are not satisfied, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority: Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), www.aepd.es.

8. Changes

We update this notice when the site changes. The date above is the date of the last change.
